A Quarter Century of Heritage
Established in 2000 in Stoke-on-Trent, Jigsaw Finance was built on a simple idea: combine the right technology with genuine personal service and deep industry experience. Twenty-five years later, that principle remains unchanged. While we’ve expanded with offices in Macclesfield and Oldham, our UK-wide team continues to uphold the reputation for reliability and transparency that our long-standing dealer partners have trusted for decades.
In 2023, industry veterans James Weir and Alex Hurst acquired the business. Having witnessed widespread dealer frustration with slow approvals and anonymous call centers, they saw an opportunity to modernize Jigsaw’s strong foundations, trusted lender relationships, and dedicated team.
Since then, we’ve quadrupled deal volumes and doubled our team to 50 people. Yet, our core values haven’t shifted. We still firmly believe that dealers deserve better than automated declines and faceless service – because true relationships will always matter more than algorithms.
